VideoForge stores what it needs to run your account and your video projects, and nothing else.
What we store
Your email address, name, and password hash. The projects you create: titles, topics, scripts, generated audio and video files, and the job history that records each step. If you add your own model keys, those keys are stored so the pipeline can call the provider you chose.
How it is used
Account data is used to sign you in and to show your projects to you. Project content is used only to run the pipeline steps you start: script, voiceover, video, Drive upload, and YouTube publish.
Where your files live
Generated media is written to the storage configured for this deployment and, when you connect one, to your own Google Drive. This instance is served from our own servers; we do not resell hosting of your media.
Third-party processors
When you start a job, its content is sent to the provider that performs it: the model provider behind the selected model for scripts, the voice provider for narration, and Google when you connect Drive or publish to YouTube. Google sign-in is used for Drive and YouTube connections and receives only the OAuth grant you approve.
Your controls
You can delete a project, which removes its files and job history. You can disconnect Google Drive or a channel at any time from the corresponding page. Deleting your account removes your projects.
