Terms of Service
These terms cover the use of this VideoForge instance.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password safe. Accounts on the free plan are limited to the monthly video quota shown on the pricing page; paid plans raise that limit.
Acceptable use
Do not use VideoForge to produce content that is unlawful where you live, that infringes someone else's rights, or that abuses the platforms you publish to. Follow the YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram terms for anything you publish through your connected channels.
Your content
You keep the rights to the scripts, audio, and video you create. You grant VideoForge the limited permission needed to process and publish that content as you direct: generating files, uploading to your Drive, and posting to channels you connected.
Third-party services
Script, voice, and video generation depend on external providers and their availability. YouTube publishing depends on your channel's standing with YouTube. VideoForge is not responsible for decisions those platforms make about your content.
Availability and termination
The service is provided as it is today, without a warranty of uninterrupted availability. The operator may suspend accounts that abuse the service or exceed fair use of shared resources. You can stop using the service at any time and delete your projects.
